Sorry it took me such a long time to FINALLY post nearly one month of runs.  But hey, I did it!!!  I completed one full year of running at least one mile every day.  I have no plans to stop and I'll keep going as long as my body (or mind) will allow.  Bring on year number 2 of the running streak!!!

Thanks Coach and Rhett for checking in on me every now and then.  It's been a very busy, hectic, and exciting month for me.  Check out my post on August 6th.  It's a long read, but well worth it :)
