Look at that. I got a shout out. :)

Yeah you did!!! Lol. It's a great feeling, isn't it, Mr. Burt? Yesterday on Instagram, I got a shout out from someone who lives in Pennsylvania. She's a runner, recently graduated from college and began career. I've been very supportive with her and she acknowledged that in a post yesterday. I was completely taken aback, as I don't recall ever being acknowledged for doing something well. Lol :)

I can't believe I've reached 500 consecutive days of running. Granted, 99 percent of the runs were only slightly over one mile. But still, 500 days is a long time. It seems as though I hit 365 days only a month or two ago, but it was way back on August 22nd. Time flies.

500 consecutive running days, that's quite the accomplishment! Are you still planning on doing the St George Marathon in 2019? Keep up the great work on all fronts and remember; "Strive to be better and better every day in every way"!

I'm glad to see you've updated your blog and that the streak lives on. Hopefully the shutdown will end soon. I'm sure you're going stir crazy without working and no money coming in.

From Addie on Wed, Jan 09, 2019 at 12:00:04 from 67.164.200.49

Hey Rhett!!! It's always good to hear from you.

Fortunately, I haven't been going stir crazy because I have so many projects to work on. But no money coming in is stressing me out like no other. Lol. But it'll all work out, eventually.

From Tom Slick on Fri, Jan 11, 2019 at 18:16:29 from 174.148.137.242

Way to hang in there Addie! This situation will pass and the checks will start coming again, try to not stress out over what you have no control over! Hey if you get bored just go out for a little bit longer run....By the way, what time of the day do you get out and catch your daily run?

Addie, do you know you are only 8 months and 18 days away from the St Geo Marathon? So if your doing an 18 week training schedule it should begin on June 3rd! "Tic" Toc"

From Addie on Wed, Jan 16, 2019 at 16:45:25 from 67.164.200.49

Hey there Mr. Slick! Fear not, my training has already begun. It's a ten month training plan I came up with so I can slowly ramp up the mileage and speed work, as well as cross training and my running streak will continue throughout the entire training. In super excited for the Marathon!!!

From Tom Slick on Thu, Jan 17, 2019 at 21:29:07 from 66.87.126.77

Addie, you sound in control, make it happen!

From Rhett on Sat, Jan 26, 2019 at 19:26:46 from 206.174.163.107

Sweet! I’m glad to hear you are going to do another marathon Addie.

From Addie on Sat, Jan 26, 2019 at 19:33:36 from 67.164.200.49

Thanks Rhett!!! I'm super excited. And get this....I will attempt to qualify for Boston. But I'm a bit confused about which Boston I'd be qualifying for. 2020, or 2021, and also which age group I would be trying to qualify under. How old I am during St George, or the age group I'll be in for the Boston Marathon.

allie had sent me a message on Instagram about it and she seemed pretty confident that I'd be qualifying for 2021 and my age would be 51 for the 2021 Boston.

From Rhett on Sat, Jan 26, 2019 at 19:54:57 from 206.174.163.107

It is the age you will be at the time of the Boston Marathon you will be running. I’ll be cheering for you. You can do it!

From Tom Slick on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 17:24:45 from 66.87.126.73

Hey Addie, are you stuck on Jan 16th ? And have you ever thought of doing the Huntsville Marathon to he that “BQ” ?

From Addie on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 17:52:36 from 67.164.200.49

Thanks Rhett!!! I believe I can do it, as well. :)

Hey Mr. Slick, yep, I'm stuck on the 16th. Lol. I'm planning on getting caught up on here by Tuesday.

From Jason D on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 21:41:52 from 73.144.88.57

That's a great run streak!

From Addie on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 21:49:41 from 67.164.200.49

Thank you, Jason!!! I'm hoping to keep it going for as long as possible, but will have to stop at some point, most likely early to mid next year. :) But that's ok, I'll start over again once I'm able. :)

From Addie on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 21:51:55 from 67.164.200.49

Oh hey Slick, I forgot to reply to your other question. Yes, I have thought about that. What a your thoughts? Which marathon will give me a better advantage? I'm thinking SGM because it's at a much lower elevation, and I certainly breathe a lot better at lower elevations. Lol

From Tom Slick on Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 23:11:51 from 66.87.126.73

Addie - I love the STG Mary but I having run both of them, even though the full Monty starts at a higher elevation it is much less devistating on your legs like SGM and is a much more even decent and a very gentle down hill run! It’s also a double “BQ” for Boston!!!! 2 for 1 baby!

From Tom Slick on Wed, Feb 06, 2019 at 21:43:09 from 66.87.126.253

Hey Addie, It’s February 6th, where are you?

From Tom Slick on Wed, Feb 20, 2019 at 10:59:54 from 174.148.160.211

So Addie how's the Streak and training for SGM '19 coming along???

From Tom Slick on Sun, Mar 17, 2019 at 17:46:21 from 173.117.137.134

So Addie, where the hell are ya?

From Tom Slick on Wed, Mar 27, 2019 at 00:07:40 from 66.87.126.97

Car 54, where are you?

From Tom Slick on Sun, Jun 09, 2019 at 17:06:17 from 66.87.126.201

Hey Addie, the first week of June is in the books and I haven’t heard a word outta you in ages. Have you decided on a marathon to get a “BQ” ? Have you been training for that Marathon?
